When will my order arrive?
For NYC clients, orders that are placed before 11:00 am will arrive the same day via messenger. If you have questions about the timing of a specific order, please call us and we can track it for you. Delivery timing is subject to availability of products in our warehouse.
What if I need a rush order?
Please call us. We can sometimes accommodate this request.
Can I place an order for a specific day?
Yes. Please put any specific notes in the “order notes” field.
What happens if an item is not in stock?
After placing your order, we will call over immediately to inform you if something is unavailable. At this point, we can either cancel that item and update the order accordingly, designate the order to be split and delivered separately, or hold the order until the stock is received to fulfill the complete sale.
